I just wanted to send a quick email to say how much my daughter and I enjoyed our baking course at e5 yesterday. Dan was a fantastic teacher…the day was fun and informative; we were given delicious food; we’re very happy with our bakes; and, after some bread disasters in the past, I think I definitely have the confidence to try again at home. I would thoroughly recommend and will spread the word.

We offer a gift certificate for any of the courses we run, choose from our one day Sourdough Bread or Advanced Sourdough Class or opt for one of our shorter evening classes such as Pizza-making, Cooking or Flatbread and Mezze. All of our classes are held here at e5 near London Fields Station unless specified.
