e5 Bakehouse has been teaching the science behind baking sourdough bread and inspiring new bakers from around the world for years. This class is designed for those who have already taken our Sourdough Bread Class or are confident home bakers looking to further their skills and knowledge of sourdough. Following on from our original bread class, the Advanced Sourdough class offers you the opportunity to consider in depth various aspects of sourdough baking. During this class you’ll learn the secret to making our popular Hackney Wild loaf, a high hydration 100% heritage stoneground wholemeal loaf and learn how to shape baguettes.
