Please join us for an evening of Armenian food, drink & music as we celebrate the relaunch of cookbook Recipes from a Free Artsakh, edited by e5 staff member Florence Low. Come and enjoy a glass of Armenian Garden (alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail) or wine, accompanied by live music by Sona Koloyan. Sharing plates of Armenian mezze will be on offer, including delicious seasonal böreks, salads, dips and pickles.
E5’s baking team and chefs will be providing traditional Artsakhi flatbreads, stuffed with seasonal and local herbs and greens. Top this all off with a cup of coffee (who knows, perhaps someone will read your future!) and gata, a sweet and crumbly Armenian pastry with walnuts,
DJ HABIBTATI will lead us into the night... Copies of Recipes from a Free Artsakh will be available to purchase on the night. Tickets are £5 with food and drink as optional extras to support and enjoy.
All proceeds from the book and the event are being donated directly to refugees fleeing the ongoing Artsakh conflict.
