We have great pleasure in welcoming you into our kitchen to share our knowledge and passion for all things baked through a series of classes.
Our One Day Bread Making Class is suitable for all levels. Led by one of the baking team, the class focuses on the essentials of sourdough baking, during the course of the day you will prepare four very different breads, incorporating a variety of techniques. Be prepared to take home lots of bread, a recipe book and some handy equipment to help you continue your home baking.
Learn to Make Pizza over the course of an evening. We teach how to maintain a sourdough starter and leaven in order to prepare a traditional pizza base, techniques for opening the dough out, along with recipes and instruction for a traditional tomato sauce, several toppings and tips for home making. Best of all settle down with a refreshing drink and sample your efforts.
Our Cookery Classes lead by talented chef Ruth Quinlan allow you to unlock the secrets of cuisines from across the world. You’ll spend an evening at the bakehouse making a delicious menu focusing on either Middle Eastern, Indian or Spanish and Italian dishes sitting down at the end to enjoy the fruits of your labour as well as leaving with recipes and tips to perfect the dishes at home.
For the more experienced we’re offering an Advanced Baking Class as a follow on from our original with one of our experienced bakers.
