Sicilian Bread with Fabrizia Lanza

We’re bringing Sicilian bread to e5!

Join Fabrizia Lanza, from the Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School located in the heart of Sicily, for an evening of Sicilian bread making.

Wheat and bread are a staple in the Sicilian diet and Fabrizia will be using traditional Sicilian bread pizza recipes, as well as talking about the important role that wheat plays in the Sicilian landscape.

Using traditional recipes Fabrizia will unlock the key to Sicilian food culture and teach students Sfincione, the famous street food of Palermo and Scaccia, from Ragusa, in the South of the Island.

We hope you will join Fabrizia for a specialized Sicilian bread and pizza workshop to delve deeper into the tradtions of Sicilian food culture.
