2 day Masterclass with Thomas Teffri-Chamberlland

We are delighted to announce a 2 day residential course at e5 bakehouse with the pioneering French baker Thomas Teffri-Chamberlland.

 

Thomas founded the Ecole Internationale de Boulangerie in France which specialises in natural leaven fermentation and organic ingredients.  He regularly runs workshops at the San Francisco baking institute and has a remarkable gluten free bakery in Paris.

 

 

 

 

The 2 day masterclass at e5 will focus on a scientific approach to sourdough, and costs £250 for both days, more details about the syllabus to follow.

 

 

Refreshments and a seasonal organic lunch will be provided.
